Q: Hi, My friend and I are thinking of taking this tour, upgraded. I noticed you answered in one of the questions that you don't have hotel upgrade in Las Vegas. Since we'd like to try out a 5 star hotel there, we're prepared to pay the full cost for this tour but arrange our own accommodation in Las Vegas, would this be allowalbe? Thanks, Hoang

It would not be advisable to do this as we will not be able to arrange for your pickup out of the hotel you will be staying at, and you would have to go from your hotel to the hotel the tour group stays at each morning to re-join the group.

Q: I'm wondering what time does the tour usually end in LA? As I'll need to fly out of LA to Australia, the flight is at 11.5pm and I've been advised to be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Depending on weather and traffic conditions, the bus usually arrives in Los Angeles around 7:30-8:30 pm.The drop off will be the same as your pick up location.

All of our helicopter tours have weight limits and can only seat up to 6-7 passengers, depending on the helicopter size. Your party will definitely need to split up into 2 groups for this tour. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your party will have both helicopters private, but will make sure that you will be placed in two helicopters or three.

When booking online, you will need to book one passenger first, using the Share Room selection when selecting the number of rooms for the tour. Input all details for all passengers and submit payment for the passengers you wish to pay. Once you complete your booking online, the system will send the booking information to the Travel Companion and request for payment.

This tour only departs on Wednesday's and Saturdays with the exception of holidays.
The order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.

Admission to West Rim, 2 Meals & Wagon ride is excluded in package price ($89/person). You will have a chance to walk on the Skywalk (admission excluded), join the helicopter and boat adventure (optional) and of course enjoy the breathtaking landscape of the Grand Canyon (Eagle Rock)
